I will come to your home to meet with you and discuss your needs. I will then set out a comprehensive list of services and costs involved.

Preparing to sell
No one wants to pay to move things they no longer use. Our Decluttering Service will be extremely useful if you have lots of unwanted possessions. I will come and help you focus on deciding what to keep, what to sell and what to give to charity and arrange for the items to be disposed of accordingly.
Your house may have been on the market for a while, with little interest, or you want to have the best possible chance of selling quickly if you have seen your dream property. Our Home Staging Service can help set out your home in a different light to appeal to a wide range of potential purchasers.
You may not have found the perfect home yet and want some help researching what's on offer, whether it is the amenities and activities in a local area, schools catchment areas, residential or care homes for future planning, or any other specific needs. You can tap into our Relocation Services with your desired specification and let us do the work to help find your new home.
The Sale Process
I can act as your agent with all the companies involved in the sale process, from estate agents, to solicitors, surveyors and removal companies.
I can help with the paperwork, manage the phone calls and keep everything ticking along, whilst ensuring that you are updated throughout the process.
In fact, I will do anything I can to take the pressure off your shoulders.
Moving Day
Whether you need a hand on the day, or do not wish to be involved at all and want to leave it to someone else to organise, then I can help out.
I can be there to make sure everything goes according to plan, by arranging cleaners, helping to unpack and anything else to enable you to start living your new life in your new home as quickly as possible.
You may even want advice from our Home Design Service about interior design ideas with colour choices or furniture placement.
Post-Move (Settling in)
You may find that there are some odd jobs that need to be done once you have moved in. Maybe you need a decorator to freshen up your home, or a carpenter to put up some shelves or storage space.
I can help you to find a trader and obtain quotes and arrange and oversee any work that you wish to be carried out.
I can even help you to find the furniture, white goods or any other item which will make your new house feel like home, so that you can start enjoying your new environment with your friends and family.
